This is a budget option and suits companies with stable systems. For an attractive fixed fee, our Brightwater Basis experts will check your system on a regular basis and perform problem resolution when required.

In addition, you have access to our SAP Basis experts who can help you with enhancements, projects and provide advice. The scope includes service delivery management.

Option B

SAP Basis Services with Solution Manager Monitoring

Applicable for those who want assurances that their system is monitored around the clock using the latest Solution Manager functionality.

In addition to the scope listed under option A, Brightwater experts intercept and resolve incidents via the end-to-end Monitoring and Alerting Infrastructure (MAI). We review the Early Watch Alert Reports (EWA) on a regular basis and provide you with a technical roadmap to keep your systems healthy.
